Lakeville Attorney Volunteers for United Way

Lakeville attorney Bill Riiska is an Ambassador Captain for this year's United Way of Northwest Connecticut's Residential Division. 

Attorney Riiska has been a United Way volunteer since 2001 and a Board member since 2009.  He's provided leadership for the Executive Director Search Committee, Leader's Circle Special Events Committee, and Needs Assessment Task Force.  He's also provided the United Way with legal guidance regarding its By-Laws and other matters, and is currently a Board liaison for the Cornwall Child Care Center and Community Mental Health Affiliates, two United Way member agencies. 

Executive Director Stephanie Barksdale said, "Bill's insight and knowledge about the far northwest corner of our service is very valuable and critical to helping us reach as many people as possible."
