Warm The Children Program Underway

There's a chill in the air, which means that the Register Citizen's Warm the Children program needs donations.  Last year's program raised $10,260 that helped 111 children receive warm winter clothing.  According to program manager Andrea Benedict, the need is great, and she's already received many phone inquiries.
Donations can be mailed to either the Register Citizen, POB 58, Torrington, CT 06790, or the United Way of Northwest CT, POB 1001, Torrington, CT 06790.
