Sandy Hook Resources Available

There are many resources available for people who wish to support the families of the Sandy Hook victims:

• Send a condolence card to Sandy Hook Message Condolences, P.O. Box 3700, Newtown, CT  06470
• The United Way of Northwest Connecticut is a collection point for Operation Fuzzy Wuzzy II. Stuffed animals can be brought or mailed to 16 Bird Street, Torrington, CT 06790.  Donations will be accepted through Thursday, December 27th.  Holiday office hours are: Dec. 18-20, 8-5 p.m., 8 to noon on Dec. 21, closed Dec 24-26, and 8-5 on Thursday, Dec. 27
• Checks can be mailed to: United Way of Northwest Connecticut, the Sandy Hook School Support Fund, c/o Newtown Savings Bank, 39 Main Street, Newtown, CT  06470, or dropped off at any Newtown Savings Bank branch location.
